Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we ship original artworks worldwide. Each piece is custom-packaged with extreme care to ensure safe transit.
Please note: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you have questions about potential fees.
Artworks measuring under 40" × 40" are shipped fully stretched—professionally packaged and securely boxed for maximum protection during transit.
Larger pieces (40" × 40" and above) are removed from their stretcher bars, rolled, and tubed or boxed securely. This protects oversized canvases from transit damage and significantly reduces delivery costs. Upon arrival, your local frame shop can easily re-stretch or frame the canvas at your expense. On rare occasions, smaller pieces may also be shipped rolled, or larger pieces shipped framed at the artist's discretion, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
I am currently not taking on custom commissions.
To keep my studio practice healthy and honour how I create alongside fibromyalgia, I focus entirely on my own collection pieces. Working at a flexible pace lets me produce my highest quality work without the pressure of rigid deadlines. Any new original artworks will be listed directly in the store as soon as they are completed.
Due to the delicate nature and value of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue immediately. The artist takes no responsibility for incorrect address or change of address after dispatch. Please refer to Shipping Policy in the footer page.
Yes. Every original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Sale and Authenticity. This combined document confirms the artwork’s details and original status, records its purchase, and provides the collector with a lasting record of provenance.
Stretched paintings arrive ready to hang with finished edges and pre-installed hanging hardware. Rolled canvases (40"x40" and above) will need to be re-stretched or framed by your local frame shop before hanging
All artworks are professionally photographed under balanced studio lighting to capture true colours, depth, and fine details. While we do our very best to ensure maximum colour accuracy, please note that subtle variations may occur depending on your individual monitor or screen settings.
Every order is backed by a 100% Transit Guarantee. As soon as your artwork dispatches, you will receive a tracking link to follow its delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. If it appears to be lost in transit, please contact me promptly so I can investigate with the carrier. If your artwork is lost or irreparably damaged, a full refund will be provided. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
To keep your artwork vibrant for years to come, hang it away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme heat sources. To clean, gently dust the surface using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster. Never use water, liquid cleaners, or chemical solvents on the canvas.
At this stage I work exclusively with original paintings — each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork. I'm not currently offering prints, however this may change in the future based on interest. If prints are something you'd love to see, feel free to get in touch and let me know which works appeal to you.
